Refunds
No returns or refunds are permitted for orders. If you receive the wrong item, please send an email to info@createdbycween.com with the following information: your name, order number, and photo of the wrong item UNOPENED. We will then send you a shipping label to have the item(s) returned to us, and the correct item will be processed, packaged and shipped within 7 business days, excluding holidays.
Damaged Products
We take extra precautions to ensure your package is delivered safely and with no damage. However, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in perfect condition due to handling of the United States Postal Service (USPS). For items that arrive damaged, please send an email to info@createdbycween.com with the following information: your name, order number, and photo of the damaged item. Replacements will be processed, packaged and shipped within 7 business days, excluding holidays, based on our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
CREATED BY CWEEN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. If you have not received your items due to any circumstance, please contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) to file a lost/stolen package claim.
Cancellation Policy
Our order-fulfillment and shipping team work very hard to get orders shipped quickly and efficiently, once submitted, this order cannot be canceled or modified. It is up to the customer to provide an accurate address when entering their shipping information and understand it cannot be edited after submission.
Products
The CREATED BY CWEEN team wants to be a part of your healthy skin journey. Please note that it can take up to 90 days to see the visible positive effects of a new skin care regimen. It takes between 2-8 weeks for the skin to become acclimated to new skincare products. Initially you may notice a negative effect on your skin, such as dryness, redness and break outs. This is part of the skin's natural purging process, and is completely normal. Please feel free to share before and after photos, email to info@createdbycween.com
Adverse Reactions
If an adverse reaction occurs, please contact your physician immediately and discontinue use. Once you have consulted a physician please share your before and after photos, email to info@createdbycween.com
Limitation of Liability
CREATED BY CWEEN shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, interpretation or misinterpretation of product benefits or the performance of the products, even if CREATED BY CWEEN has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Return Policy
Since we are unable to verify if products have been opened, we are unable to accept any returns. All sales are final. We ask that you please carefully read all product descriptions before ordering to ensure the product meets your needs. We offer sample sizes for most of our products, which are always a great option to start with.
